Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal information is handled through fractionalminds.uk, why, and what your rights are. In short: this website does not set cookies, run analytics, or collect anything about you by itself. The only personal information we hold is what you choose to email us, plus the technical logs our web host keeps automatically.

Who we are

ZELE LTD, trading as Fractional Minds (Company No. 16760837, registered office 30b Great Sutton Street, London, EC1V 0DU), is responsible for the personal information described here. You can contact us at hello@fractionalminds.uk.

What this website does and doesn’t do

  • It sets no cookies.
  • It runs no analytics, tracking, or advertising.
  • It has no forms, and no accounts or logins.
  • It loads nothing from third parties: the fonts, images, and styles all come from our own server, so your browser does not contact Google or any other third party to load them.

Where the site is hosted

The site is hosted by Hostinger, on servers in Germany, and is delivered through Cloudflare. Cloudflare sits between your browser and our server: your request passes through its network, which may handle it in a data centre outside the UK, to speed up delivery and protect the site from attacks. Cloudflare also runs the DNS for our domain name.

Like any web host, Hostinger and Cloudflare may keep technical logs of requests, such as your IP address, the time, the page requested, and your browser type, to keep the service secure and running. We do not use these logs to identify or profile visitors. Where either provider handles information outside the UK, it does so under the safeguards UK data protection law requires.

If you contact us

If you email us, or use the “Book a Consultation” button (which opens your email program), we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you write. We use this to reply to you and to discuss possible work with you.

Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We keep enquiry emails for 12 months after the last message in the conversation, then delete them. If we go on to work together, we keep the records of that work for as long as the law and our agreement with you require. We do not sell your details or use them to send marketing you have not asked for.

Our email is provided by Google Workspace, which handles it on our behalf. Google may process it outside the UK, under the safeguards UK data protection law requires.

The “Connect on LinkedIn” link takes you to LinkedIn, which has its own privacy policy. We send nothing to LinkedIn from this site.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to our using it. Email us and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
